I came back from the conference fired up and ready to write. Yet I have devoted about 30 minutes to actually writing this week. And it wasn’t a very productive 30 minutes. This happens after every conference I attend. It takes about a week to recover from the excitement and to catch up on all the work and home chores that piled up in my absence. I’m not nearly caught up in either arena, but at least I think I’ll have time to write a little this weekend and next week.
